About Tai Chi & Chi Gong

Practice of :

Chinese Internal Systems exercises are practiced slowly and consciously with particular attention to the incoming and outgoing breaths. Chi Gong practice provides gentle stimulation and massage to internal organs, as well as the joints, ligaments and nerves. In Chi Gong, the breath or chi is viewed as a vital lilfe force that can contribute to our well-being through the increase of inner calm and tranquility.
